I made that change to make the perk more useful: in practise if you are running a low health build (nerd rage, rad powered etc) It becomes very hard to trigger that effect - you have to be above 20% health, let yourself get hit (which can be dangerous since you are running a glass canon build) then heal yourself back, but not to much, unless you want to wait until an enemy gets your health back down, not to mention that at 800 rads or higher the effect would never normally trigger. The alternative version (which I recommend) changes trigger condition for Destroyer of Acadia perk, so it would work like martyr's legendary effect (when you are in batle and at 20% health or lower). Now it should add resistance values and display that in game. V 1.1 Added fix for Far Harbor survivalist perk. I changed it so that the perks would trigger 100% of the time when player health falls below 20%, removed 4x damage effect cancelation making it actually last 30 seconds regardless and added little animations (like during nerd rage) to show that effect has been triggered. What I found was very surprising: both perks had only 20% chance to trigger when your health fell below 20%, furthermore the 4x damage effect would be canceled once health was over 20%. So I decided to take a look at them in geck. On paper Far harbor perks looked very powerful (Protector and Destroyer of Acadia), but they didn't seem to work consistently or at all.
